How far in advance are Magic Extra Hours posted? We'll be at WDW late Sept to early Oct. 2011. Thanks!

    Hi Khai!

It sounds like you are getting a great jump-start on planning your Disney World vacation! And, I'm glad you stopped by the Moms Panel for some help in the details!

Typically, park hours (including Extra Magic Hours) are posted slightly more than 6 months in advance. This enables visitors to plan their dining reservations and activities when the reservations window opens 180-days in advance. Park hours can be found by visiting the calendar pages of each park: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. Click on a single day within the calendar will show that day's special events (fireworks, parades, etc).

While the hours are announced then, they will sometimes change slightly so its a good idea to double check them as you get closer to your travel dates.

Hope you have a great time on vacation!
