There are 7 in my family. Me my wife, son and daughter-in-law and 3 grandkids. Is there a fastpass that I can get ahead of going to the park?

Hi there, Santino! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I once visited the Disneyland Resort with a group that was very similar to the one you will be traveling with and we all had an amazing time! While pre-planning is definitely the key to having a wonderful vacation, you cannot reserve FASTPASS tickets prior to visiting the parks. Instead, once you arrive, the group can decide which attraction they would like to get FASTPASSES for and then either the whole group can visit the FASTPASS distribution kiosk for that attraction, or you can send one person with all the valid theme park tickets to grab FASTPASS tickets for the entire group. Use the Disneyland app to help you determine attraction wait times and FASTPASS return times currently being distributed. This will help your group efficiently navigate the parks.

Another tip when traveling with a large group is to make a few dining reservations so the whole group can sit down and enjoy a relaxing meal together. My family loved dining at Blue Bayou Restaurant. The adults indulged in the fine cuisine offered here and the kids had a blast watching the boats go by as part of the Pirates of the Caribbean attraction. Another meal etched in my mind was at Wine Country Trattoria in Disney California Adventure Park. We requested a table outside and had an excellent view of the Pixar Play Parade going by while we dined!

Please return to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you may have. We love helping Guests plan magical vacations to the Happiest Place on Earth!
