My family will be at WDW in October and our kids would like to get autographs on something other than the autograph book. Are the characters allows to sign on the blank Disney Vinylmation Figure or anything that is not official Disney, like wooden letters?

Hello Jill.  Character meet and greets are one of my daughter's favorite things.  I've got books and books full of autographs.

I think it's such a great idea to have characters sign something other than the typical autograph book and it is absolutely allowed.  Something to take note of - if it's an item that can be worn like a t-shirt or hat, that item must be off of the person.  Characters are not allowed to sign anything that is personally on someones body at that moment.  I've seen characters sign the large vinylmations, shirts, hats, backpacks, posters, story books (which I think is a fabulous idea), Christmas ornaments and so many other items.  I think wooden letters would be really cool too but it might get heavy carrying them throughout the parks so keep that in mind.

I hope this helps.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.
