    Kelly from NY Asked

My family will be visiting WDW the week following Thanksgiving. I know the parks and hotels are going to be all decked out for Christmas, but I am wondering whether any of the restaurants display any noteworthy Christmas decorations at that time of year?

    Kelly,

Typically the decorations in the restaurants are subsets of whatever their host park or resort hotel are doing. So while I can't think of anything in particular that is restaurant specific, there are several where their environment makes them ideally suited for some great holiday decor viewing. Some examples are ones like the Whispering Canyon Cafe and Chef Mickey's, which have great views into their lobbies.

There are also other restaurants that seem ideally suited to their decor being "holiday-ized". I particularly like Crystal Palace, the Biergarten, and Liberty Tree Tavern during the holiday season.

So the bottom line is that while there is nothing of note that I can think of, there are plenty of locales that keep to the spirit of it all.

Have a magical (and delicious) vacation!
