Our family will be visiting WDW in late October. We have 4 children who will be 16 months - 11 yrs at time of visit. What can we expect crowd levels to be like at MNSSHP? We are going 10/25. Anyone have any experience with children under 2 at the party?

    Hi Susan!

My son's first time attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party was when he was 3 months old and we've been going ever since!  I will say that his second time going (about a year and 2 months) was a bit of a disaster.  It was late, he was cranky and we didn't time naps that day very well.  That's not to say that your little one won't have a great time!  We love trick-or-treating around the Magic Kingdom, but my son's favorite part are the dance parties.  Our daughter was 2 months old last year and she had a great time as well.  She loved the lights, the music and she looked adorable in her Tinkerbell costume.

The party nights are limited to the number of guests that can attend, so that does help with crowd control.  The beginning of the party is pretty manageable, the middle gets crowded with long rides lines and then towards the end is usually pretty slow.

A fun craft for your family to do is to make your own candy bags!  Grab some tote bags and puffy paint at the craft store and get creative!  I'm sure you can find some fun Disney Halloween theme stencils online as well.

    Have a magical day!
