Hello- My family and I are visiting Disneyland next week. We will be at Disneyland one day and Adventure park one day. I downloaded the mobile app which has a photo pass QR code. Is that all I need to do before I get there or should I pay $39 twice 1st?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tracy. I'm glad to hear you'll be heading to the Disneyland Resort next week!

When you encounter PhotoPass photographers in the parks, have them scan your PhotoPass QR code on the Disneyland mobile app. Your photos will appear in your gallery for viewing after they are uploaded. You can also add ride photos to your gallery by jotting down the unique 8-character ID or taking a quick photo at the viewing area. Ride photos are included in the PhotoPass+ One Day for $39 as well.

Mom's Tips: I highly recommend looking through your PhotoPass photos at the end of each day to be sure all of them have been uploaded. We've experienced a few missing photos once (they were photos of my son dueling Darth Maul during his Jedi Training!), but when we visited Main Street Photo Supply Co. (or Kingswell Camera Shop), the Cast Members were able to locate my photos in their database by filtering location and time. You can purchase the PhotoPass+ One Day while you're at the parks or wait until you return home from your trip to check out all your photos. You'll have 45 days after the photos are taken to decide.

I hope this information is helpful for you. I wish you and your family an unforgettable vacation to the Happiest Place on Earth, Tracy. If you have further questions, please visit me on the Panel again.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

I am a wife and mother to 2 children, a 14 year old daughter and 9 year old son. I have always enjoyed going to Disneyland Resort as a child and now that I am a mother, I love watching my children experience Disneyland Resort through their eyes. It is a true delight seeing my daughter wear a ball gown walking side by side with Cinderella or my son jumping gleefully after he defeated Darth Maul in a light saber duel! Learn More About Kiki
