Hello, my family and I will be visiting Disneyland on July 10th. My husband wears a prosthetic leg and cannot stand for a very long time. Do you still offer handicap entrances through exits of rides? Thank you

Hi there, Cynthia! Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Disneyland Resort provides special accommodations to those with mobility disabilities. While there are alternative entrances at some attractions for those in wheelchairs, you might want to explore if Disability Access Service would be a better fit for your family. Disability Access Service is for Guests who aren't able to wait in traditional queues because it essentially provides a virtual wait. You will be issued a return time for an attraction so you can enjoy a meal, another attraction, or just rest while you wait to ride. To take advantage of Disability Access Service, you must first visit Guest Relations at either City Hall in Disneyland Park or the Chamber of Commerce in Disney California Adventure Park. You will discuss your needs with a Cast Member who will go over available accommodations.

Another tip to help reduce wait times, is to make efficient use of Disney FASTPASS Service. You can pull a FASTPASS for an attraction first thing in the morning and continue to pull them throughout the day. Just pay attention to the time on your FASTPASS reminder ticket that tells you when you are eligible to pull your next FASTPASS.

I hope this helps. Have a magnificent visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
