1st family trip to Disney in June. After reading the panel I purchased a 25lot pin set from ebay for my two kids to split. As far as lanyards are there any special ones at the parks worth waiting for (LED, Star Wars, etc.) or is better just to buy online?

    Hi Sam,

Smart picking up the pins on eBay! This is what my husband does so that he can maximize his return with his pins.

There are some really cool lanyards and pin sets out there for your children. They have princesses and other characters for your children to choose.

If it was me, I would let them pick their lanyard in the park which will cost about $25 with four pins and then go from there. Depending on how they enjoy trading, they may want to move to a book to store all of their pins.

I will tell you to make sure you have the rubber black Mickey pin holder for each pin as these work the best for securing your pins.

Last tip, my husband brings the pins he wants to trade with him into the park in a zipper baggie. He then pulls the pin he wants to trade one at a time. It is not as heavy or as hot.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
