My family will be traveling to DL at the end of Feb. We have pre-purchased 5 day passes and are wondering if we can collect them the night before our first day at the park without that counting as day one to avoid the morning line ups.

Hello, Cassie! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Your trip is just around the corner - how exciting!

Since you have purchased your five-day tickets, you most likely have eTicket vouchers. This is great news because you have already saved yourself a bunch of time! With these vouchers, you will head straight to the gates the first day you are entering the parks. At the gates, your vouchers will be exchanged for paper tickets that you will use for the duration of your trip. So there is no need to visit a ticket booth and wait in any other line except for the one to get into either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. Once you have received your paper tickets, you might consider scanning these into your Disneyland app. This will be helpful if you are using Disney MaxPass or if you would like to scan your app to gain entry on subsequent days instead of taking out your paper tickets each time.

Also, keep in mind that with your five-day ticket, you have access to one Magic Morning at Disneyland Park on either a Tuesday, Thursday, or Saturday. Or, if you happen to be staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, then you have Extra Magic Hour every day of your stay which includes exclusive access to Disney California Adventure Park one hour early on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, or Sundays. Getting an early start to your days is the best way to see and do everything on your must-do list during your trip.

I hope this helps! See ya real soon!
