My family will be traveling to Disney World October 11-19, is this a busy time of year. We aren't set on dates and if we need to change them to be a bit slower at the parks we are willing to do so. And what is the typical weather for Mid October? Thanks

    Hi Shelly!
I think you'll find that you have picked a great time to visit Walt Disney World with regard to both weather and crowds. Although exact crowd levels are unpredictable, mid to late October is very manageable as far as crowds go. As for the weather, this time of year seems to magically go from being 90 degrees with high humidity in the beginning of the month to warm, comfortable 80 degree days. PLUS, you will be able to go to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party if you choose.
Personally, I don't see a need to change your travel dates.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical trip this fall!! :)
