Kids on attraction

Hi! My family and I are traveling to Disney this November. My 2 year old is 38” and counting. Will he be able to ride all 38” rides even though he will not have a park ticket? Thanks!

    Hi Elyse,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question.

My son has always been rather tall for his age. Even though he wasn’t yet 3 years old and, therefore, didn’t need a Theme Park Ticket in order to enjoy all of Walt Disney World Resort’s Theme Parks, he would absolutely have been able to ride any attraction for which he met the height requirement. That being said, he isn’t exactly a thrill seeker, so it was kind of a moot point in his case!

If your little guy, on the other hand, wants to enjoy an attraction for which he meets the height requirement this November, he’ll absolutely be able to do so. And, don’t forget, he can even wait in the FastPass+ queue and experience the attraction with anyone who has included it in their daily FastPass+ selections, too!

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming vacation. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. And don’t forget to check out the Planning for Preschool Kids and Little Ones page for more information about visiting Walt Disney World Resort with your little guy.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
