We have a family of three married couples and two children of 5 and 7 yrs old. Where can we stay where each couple has a private bedroom?

    Hi Teresa,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Clearly, you are planning a fantastic trip with two little ones who will be so tickled to meet Mickey and Minnie Mouse and all of their friends!

As you have probably realized, there are a number of resort hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you definitely want to keep the entire crew together, I suggest that you try Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. They have one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom villas. With a three-bedroom villa, you could stay together and would share a living room and kitchen area. Or, each couple could reserve a one bedroom villa. Each one-bedroom villa has a Queen-Size Sleeper Sofa that the children could use.

Of course, there are other properties with one-bedroom villas or suites. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, all have lovely suites or villas. My family loves Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort because they have access to the Resort Monorail. With little ones, we carefully consider the transportation options, especially if the kids still need to take an afternoon nap.

Teresa, since you are traveling with a larger group, I also suggest that you make advanced dining reservations and Fast Pass+ selections. Although you may not spend all of your time together, I suggest making a few dining reservations and Fast Pass+ selections as a group. It will give you a chance to share your park adventures!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
