Hi Mishawna,
How wonderful that the grandparents maybe joining during your magical vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. I remember our Grand Gathering a few years ago. We had a wonderful time, and brought back many fond memories.
Many of the rooms at
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort can accommodate up to five people. In addition to a two Queen Beds, there's a magical Bunk-Size Pull-Down Bed, perfect for children or a petite adult. I'm sure you could squeeze them in for a few days, however, you may want to know some of the caveats.
If you booked a room-only reservation and purchased Theme Park tickets, you can add them to your room reservation, and purchase the necessary tickets for the number of days they'll want to attend the parks. Note that there's a fee for extra adults over two per night, and this will be for the entire stay.
A
Magic Your Way Vacation Package, combines both a stay at select Disney Resort hotels and Theme Park tickets, and the only way you may add a
Disney Dining Plan. However, adding the grandparents to the reservation would result in all members of the party getting the same number of days for Theme Park tickets, and if you chose a dining plan, the meal entitlements for the entire party and entire stay. You could reduce the number of days for tickets for everyone, and add them later, however, this will affect how many days you would be eligible for advanced
FastPass+ reservations.
Maybe they could stay in a nearby room, or may want to enjoy a different resort. Some options for you to consider. Happy planning.
Ricardo.
