    Sean from LA Asked

My family will be taking our first Disney trip this upcoming October. My wife and I have a 2yo daughter. We will be attending Chef Mickey and possibly one other character dining. Is it better to go to the dinings early in the week, mid-week, or the end?

    Hi Sean!

Your Little Princess is at such a fun age to become wrapped up in all the Magic of Walt Disney World!

Character Meals are all very popular any day of the week. Your best bet is to space a few out over your holiday, perhaps one near the beginning of your trip, and another on your last day or evening? You won't see a big difference in availability on any particular day of the week.

Be sure to reserve your dining online on the very day that you reach 180 days from the start of your vacation. You'll have the best chance of securing the meals, dates and times that work best for you by reserving early.

If you're looking for another Character Dining experience, there are a few great choices I'd highly recommend for your daughter.

Princess Storybook Dining for breakfast at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot is a fantastic Princess experience. It's been a favourite of my own little Princess since she was much younger - and she still enjoys it now!

Disney Junior Play 'n Dine featuring many favourite Disney Junior characters is sure to be a big hit with your little one. This fun-filled, musical experience is offered for both breakfast and lunch daily at Hollywood & Vine at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

My other top pick for the younger set is Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner at 1900 Park Fare in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Easily accessed from Magic Kingdom by monorail or boat, it's a regal way to end any magical Disney Day!

Wishing you a Magical time as you begin planning the fun details of your fall vacation Sean.
Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel and I hope to hear from you again!
