My family is staying at the POP Century resort. Is there one building that is better then the others. I've read that in the 60's building there are rooms that you can see some of the fireworks from Epcot. Is this true? If so do u know the room number?

    Hi David!

I recently stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort and absolutely loved every minute of it! I'm certain your family will enjoy staying there too!

Take a look at the resort's map HERE. Indeed, the upper level fireworks of Epcot's IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth can be seen from the top floors of some buildings facing Hourglass Lake. Rooms will be located in the 1950’s complex, buildings 2 & 3; and the 1960’s complex, building 4. Please keep in mind these are obstructed views at best, and that you will miss a great deal of the pyrotechnics, music, and choreography of the Epcot fireworks. In order to avoid any disappointment on your part, I would recommend viewing IllumiNations inside Epcot. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.

Enjoy a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
