My family is staying Club-level at the Yacht Club in early December. We will be arriving at the resort around 11ish. I know room check-in is not until 3, but can we access the Club for food and drink, or do we need to wait until room is ready?

    Hi James!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I love all of the Walt Disney World Resort properties, and there are so many benefits of being a Resort Guest. But you are taking being a Resort Guest to a whole new level with a Club Level stay! Besides the fantastic benefits of complimentary Magic Bands, Extra Magic Hours, early access to FastPass+ and more, you also have Disney’s Signature Services who will take the work out of planning for you, so that you can enjoy all the fun! Disney’s Signature Services is available seven days a week from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. Call (407) 939-7777 or email them at disney.signature.services@disneyworld.com.

We routinely show up to our Resort before our room is ready, so we park, drop off our luggage at Bell Services and head out to the Parks! The last time we stayed at Disney’s Beach Club Resort, we were Club Level and arrived early in the afternoon. As soon as we arrived a Cast Member led us up to Stone Harbor Club where we finished our check-in, had a light lunch, grabbed some snacks, and headed to Slinky Dog Dash. We got a text when our room was ready, and we were able to head straight to it when we got back. You will get the same VIP experience when you arrive, so enjoy the complimentary snacks and the excellent service while you wait for your room!

Before you head to your vacation, make sure to download the My Disney Experience app. You can check-in to your hotel from there, and they will also give your updates about your room availability. I love getting the Welcome! ping followed by the “Room Ready” text. It is so convenient and allows you to focus on fun rather than waiting for your room. Once you return to the hotel, you can even use the app to unlock your hotel room door. But make sure to stop by the Club and grab some gummy bears and a drink before you do!

James, if you have any additional questions, please come back. In the meantime, I wish you a magical holiday at the Happiest Place on Earth!
