We are a family of 5 and would like to stay on Disney property if possible. What accommdations would you recommend? We would like to be able to eat some meals on site. We have 2 boys and 1 girl. and the girl would like her own room if possible.

Hi Christine! We are also a family of 5 and these are the accommodations we consider when not staying at Disney Vacation Club Resorts: Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's BoardWalk Inn, Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Resort, and Disney's Yacht Club Resort offer accommodations for maximum occupancy of 5 guests. In addition, the Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge sleep up to six guests and offer a full kitchen and Barbecue Grill. Also, Disney's All Star Music Resort offers a family suite that sleeps up to six guests and has a kitchenette.

If you are interested in two-bedroom accommodations, then you I would recommend the Deluxe Villa Resorts. Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, Disney's Beach Club Villas, Disney's BoardWalk Villas, Disney's Old Key West Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas, The Villas at Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort sleep up to eight guests and have a full kitchen. The two-bedroom villas have a Master Bedroom, Living Room with queen-size sleeper sofa  and Studio, as the second bedroom.  The studio can have either two queen beds or one queen bed and a double-sleeper sofa. As Disney Vacation Club members, we enjoy the two-bedroom villa and the space it affords. Having a washer and dryer is also a wonderful amenity.
