If my family was split across different resorts, can we use the pools at each of the resorts as long as we are together at the time?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lorna!

Hooray for a stay inside the magic at one of the magnificent resort hotels at the Walt Disney World Resort. I love that each resort hotel is uniquely design to immerse guests into the specific theme that Disney’s Imagineers chose for each one. They are each a magical experience where no detail was left unnoticed, so don’t forget to look around and take it all in during your stay. You never know what fun detail will catch your eye and put a smile on your face.

Lorna, staying on property comes with many benefits like early access to FastPass+, complimentary MagicBands, and Extra Magic Hours at the theme parks. Add to that the top-notch resort amenities and recreation and you get a truly magical vacation! Any guest visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is welcome to visit the resort hotels and enjoy the picturesque grounds. Guests can even enjoy a meal at the hotel. There are some delicious options to enjoy at many resort hotels on property. The pools, though, are to be enjoyed exclusively by the guests that are actually staying at those resorts.

But as Timon and Pumbaa would say, hakuna matata! If the family visiting with you at a different resort wants to visit you at yours, or vice versa, you still can! I would recommend enjoying some of the other recreational activities that they are welcome to enjoy like maybe renting a Surrey Bike, or a movie under the stars. There is fun to be had at each resort when they visit!

I hope this helps answer your question. We look forward to having you visit us here again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any additional questions.

    See ya real soon!
