My family, (six in total), purchased the deluxe dining plan and i know it says gratuity is included for 6 or more. So I was wondering if its already included do i still have to tip again or is it covered by the dining plan?

    Hi Tiffany!

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  It sounds like you have a wonderful adventure at Walt Disney World planned for your family.  I wish you a trip filled with memories that will last a lifetime.

The Disney Dining Plans are a wonderful way to save money over paying out of pocket for meals on a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.   I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does.  I have a family of five and my teen daughter always brings a friend along so we end up being a party of six as well during meal times.  Parties of six or more will have an automatic 18% gratuity added to their bill at the end of the meal.   It will be your responsibility to pay for these gratuities at the end of each meal.   You can pay with cash, credit card, Disney Gift Card or charge to your MagicBand if you have linked a credit card to your account.   You do not have to pay any additional tip amount unless you feel the Cast Member serving you deserves more.

I hope this has helped.  If you think of anything else we can help you with, please let us know.  Lending a helping hand to fellow Guests is so much fun.

    Dream as Dreamers Do,
