Hi! My family is going to be sailing on the March 29th cruise out of Galveston. Since we'll be on the ship for Easter, I was wondering if DCL does anything to celebrate Easter on-board the ship? Thank you!

Welcome aboard, Bethany! I just disembarked the Magic in Galveston yesterday, and it was such a wonderful cruise! I'm excited for your family to experience the Magic over Easter!

Though Disney Cruise Line has not finalized Easter event plans for the ships just yet, you can certainly expect some special events. In the past, there have been egg hunts, special church services available, and characters dressed in Easter outfits. Disney knows how to celebrate the holidays, and Easter is no exception, so you'll certainly have some fun things to do onboard.

I'd recommend calling Disney Cruise Line a week or so before you sail and by then they may be able to give you some more information on what is planned.

    Have a great cruise, Bethany!
