    My family and I have 3 room reservations. I'm trying to setup FastPass+ selections for the entire group but it says that some of the people are not eligible for MyMagic+ . What does this mean? I have have already linked my mom's reservation in MDE.

    Hello, Ashley!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    First, I would like to wish you and your family a Happy New a Year!  I hope 2014 is filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.

    The introduction of new technology is always fun, but the kinks can be very frustrating.  The good news is that the folks at Disney are ready to help walk you through these problems.  At this time, the testing phase is still going on and not all guests are eligible.  This may or may not be the problem.  I would suggest calling (407)939-7849 and having a Cast Member walk you through the process.  They are the most knowledgable at this point and time.
