My family and I received several Disney Gift Cards for Christmas and would like to use them to purchase four Annual Passes. Can we use the gift cards and make a larger initial deposit on the passes, thereby reducing the monthly payments?

    Hello Larry,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing us your question. I hope you are having a Dapper Day!

Disney Gift Cards are the best! They are so versatile in their uses, you can use them to purchase Theme Park Tickets, Annual Passports, merchandise, food and so much more while at the Disneyland Resort. There are some limitations with Disney Gift Cards to purchase Theme Park Tickets. Let me explain the options for purchasing Theme Park Tickets: Guests can use one Disney Gift Card per purchase online; Guests can call by phone at 714-781-4400 to purchase up to three; Guests can visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth and use unlimited Disney Gift Cards.

Since you want to purchase multiple Annual Passports with multiple Disney Gift Cards, you will need to visit a Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booth where a Cast Member can assist you with your down payment, then place you on the monthly payment program. You are only able to purchase Annual Passports using up to three Disney Gift Cards over the phone if you are paying in full.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie-dusted time during your visit. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

Wishing y'all a Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical time, Larry!
