We're a family of 6 planning to visit WDW for the first time at the end of July, with an infant... When staying at a hotel or villa, are there accommodations such as a crib for him to sleep in?

    Hi Christine,

A first visit to Walt Disney World Resort with your family...how exciting! You must be on pins and needles as you countdown to your upcoming July vacation!

Christine, you will certainly be able to request a complimentary Pack 'n Play Crib at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel. I recommend that you make the request when booking your room reservation or when completing Online Resort Check-In. Alternatively, you can call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations anytime with your Resort confirmation number to add your request.

For planning purposes, if your family is wishing to all stay together in one room, you will want to ensure that your room can accommodate up to 5 guests. (Your infant child will not be included in the room occupancy count if sleeping in a crib.) Disney has a wide variety of different themed Resort hotels in every budget which can accommodate your family. If you require any assistance selecting the perfect Resort for your family, please reach out and send us another question; we are here to help!

As you continue with your trip planning, I highly recommend that you curl up on the couch with your family and watch the Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Planning Video. It provides a great overview of Walt Disney World Resort, its four Theme Parks and two Water Parks, Resort hotels and Disney Springs and is sure to kick the excitement levels in your household into full gear!

Wishing you a trip of a lifetime during your family's milestone first visit to Walt Disney World Resort!
