Hello! My family and I are planning a trip to Disney and we will only have 3 days in the parks. We have an 8 and 6 year old, boy and girl, who love to ride rides. I'd like to stick to one park per day, so which 3 parks would you recommend? Thank

Hi Carla! It is always tough to decide which parks to visit when your time is short. If families can afford to come and stay for four full days that is best as then you can dedicate one day for each park.

There is not a park that I would say to avoid for your children's ages thus the best solution is to get a park hopper ticket for each of you and split up some of your days so you visit two parks.  You can experience the Animal Kingdom park in about a half day if you are there at park opening. Hollywood Studios is also becoming a half day park now with all the new construction and plans. I would visit the Animal Kingdom first and then head over to Hollywood Studios after lunch. When it comes to the FastPass I would suggest you get them for the afternoon at Hollywood Studios so you can enjoy Toy Story and Tower of Terror.  Your longest line would likely be Rock n Roller Coaster but that isn't too bad. By going early to Animal Kingdom you can hit the Safari early and then Everest and Dinosaur.

I would keep Epcot a full day so you can enjoy the World Showcase for dinner and the great Illuminations show in the evening. Of course the Magic Kingdom is a full day park as there is so much to see and do there.

IF, and it's a big if, you can only do three parks my suggestion would be to not visit Hollywood Studios for this visit. There are big changes coming to this park and during the refurbishments and construction many attractions will be down. Decisions are not easy and there isn't a right or wrong to your choices so just go and have the time of your life!
