Hi Moms! My family is planning a return trip to WDW this Christmas because my son's birthday is the 23rd, and I wanted to be sure the Downtown Disney shops and restaurants would be open on Christmas Day. Can you recommend one for "traditional"

What's up, Sharon? Unlike your local ma & pa store on Christmas Day, Disney World is running full steam ahead. In fact, Christmas Day is one of the most crowded days in the parks all year. Hitting Downtown Disney (figuratively, not literally) is a great way to avoid the crowds.

Your question got a little cutoff, so I'm left to my own devices in filling in the last part of your question (which could be dangerous.) If you mean "traditional" Christmas store, then you want the Days of Christmas shop.

Traditional Irish food? Raglan Road. Traditional (and/or creative) vegan sweet treats? Then you're looking at BabyCakes NYC.

Traditional sword and shield with a-traditional hair coloring? Knights Package baby, at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Talk about an epic way to bring in your 23rd year, right?!
