    Charity from FL Asked

My family moved to SoCal, zip code 92867, in October and we have not yet received our CA Drivers License, is there any other way to prove residency so that we can take advantage of the current offer?

Hi, Charity, and welcome to the Golden State!

We’re so happy to have you and your family here. You are so fortunate to have moved to Orange County, since you are incredibly close to the Disneyland Resort!

I’m glad you’ve come across the new SoCal Resident Ticket! It’s an amazing deal for three days at the Disneyland Resort theme parks. As you noticed, your ZIP code does qualify for this ticket offer, since all ZIP codes within 90000-93599 are eligible, as are ZIP codes 21000-22999 for Northern Baja California residents. However, proof of residency is required, which means you’ll need to present a valid government-issued ID, with a Southern California address, at the Main Entrance. Not to worry, though, you still have plenty of time to take advantage of this offer, and for your new ID to arrive. Tickets may be purchased now through May 20, 2019, and must be used by May 23, 2019, excluding the blockout dates of April 14-22, 2019.

If, for whatever reason, you’re unable to get your valid ID in time for this offer, you do have another option, which is still a great deal – it’s the Limited-Time Special Ticket Offer, and it’s available to the general public, not just Southern California residents. These tickets expire 13 days after the first day of use, or on May 23, 2019, whichever occurs first. It has the same blockout dates as the SoCal ticket, but must be purchased by May 18, 2019.

Another exciting option for you is the Disney Southern California Select Annual Passport. Imagine all the Disney magic you can experience!

I hope you love living in California as much as I do!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for about 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 7, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to “The Happiest Place on Earth!”
