    Desiree from NY Asked

I am a family of 5 (mom, dad, 3 boys ages 10, 8 & 6) . My boys hardly eat anything but I enjoy my meals and want to get the most for my money. We got the meal plan - table service, quick service and a snack. Any MUST SEE/DO restaurants??

    Hi, Desiree!

No worries, Mickey and his pals love their Disney Jr. guests and have lots of great food for them to enjoy - all while Mom and Dad get their favorites, too!

I suggest trying several buffets. Buffets such as the Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey's offer great kid fare, as well as a full adult buffet.  This way, the kids can pick and choose their favorites, and the parents can try all kinds of great salads, entrees, and desserts. Since buffets are all you care to eat, the kids might even try a new food or two! Many of the buffets are hosted by some of your favorite Disney characters, so your kids will get a chance to fill up their autograph books and get some fun pictures.

At Quick Service locations, your kids are welcome to order from either the Adult or Child menus, so hopefully something will look delicious to them. Most locations will have the popular kids' choices such as chicken nuggets or pizza, but many offer unique Adult entrees such as Gyro Flatbreads in the Harambe Market in Animal Kingdom, Lobster rolls and clam chowder at Columbia Harbor House in the Magic Kingdom, or even delicious Mexican favorites in World Showcase in Epcot.

I hope you find plenty of fun dining to satisfy the whole family. If all else fails, you can probably agree on the great snack choices with Mickey ice cream bars or popcorn. Hey, you are on vacation, indulge!
