If we have a family of 5 with MagicBands with FastPass and we have FastPass tickets to rides that only 3 want to go on rides, can the 2 not going on the ride give their bands to the others so they can go on the rides via FastPass twice?

Hello, Daniel! You've posed a very interesting question about the FastPass+ system. At this time, Guests are not permitted to switch MagicBands for FastPass+ attractions, theme park admission, charging privileges, or other entitlements. If you are concerned about small children meeting height requirements for some of the park headliners, I encourage you to check out the Rider Switch option. With such a wide range of FastPass+ attractions at each of the theme parks, I'm sure that you and your family will make many magical memories on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. If you have any other questions about FastPass+, please do not hesitate to stop back by the Moms Panel. Happy planning!
