    I have all my family linked to everything correctly except my husband's magic band is connected to an old duplicate account of his. how can I remove it and put it on the correct one with all our other reservations?

    As much as I love managing my family's My Disney Experience account online, there are times when you need to talk to a cast member to solve a problem. I think this is one of them. I'd suggest that you call (407) 939-4357, the line designated for questions about  My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+

    They should be able to help you resolve the issue and get you on your way to planning your family's Walt Disney World vacation ASAP.
