My family and I (2 kids) are planning on a trip to Disney in August!!! We are trying to choose between Coronado Springs and Port Orleans Riverfront. Does anyone have a preference and why? Also, does anyone know about Disney Quest in Disney Village?

Well, first I would highly recommend Port Orleans Riverside it is catered to the family, unlike the Coronado.  The Coronado is a very nice Resort, however, in my opinion is slighted more for the conventions and business traveler. The Coronado is vast and one can easily get lost, speaking from personal experience.  I never found the pool there, but I know it exists.  Port Orleans Riverside is smaller, but the Ol Man Island Swimming pool, has the most waterfalls, than any other Disney Resort pool, it has a winding slide that showers the slider as he/she slides into the pool.  There's even a place to go's really a lot of fun.  Disney Quest is located in Downtown Disney, if you are taking Walt Disney World Transit Bus, it would be the second stop.  You will depart from the bus, pass Planet Hollywood and head to the left towards Disney Quest.  The Interactive playground is a lot of fun for all ages.  It's a video lovers playground, there are virtual reality attractions, and every video game one can imagine.  There are a few things that require an additional charge, for example to make a musical cd, or take a drawing class.  Have a great trip!!
