We are a family of 5 (kids ages 4 and twin 2yr olds). We have thought about taking both of our moms along with us on a trip (7people). Should we do 2 rooms or a Villa of some type (if that is an option?) Or is 2 rooms only option?

Taking your moms on vacation with you sounds like a great idea! When our twins were small we always brought reinforcements on our trips to WDW. Two rooms are an option, but if I were in your shoes I would definitely choose a villa. Villas are available at several of the WDW resorts including: Old Key West, Saratoga Springs, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Wilderness Lodge, Boardwalk, and Beach Club. The two-bedroom villas are quite spacious, usually consisting of one bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with two queen beds, and a living room with a pull-out sofa. The villas also include a full kitchen with a dishwasher and an in-room washer/dryer.  I'm not big on doing laundry on vacation, but those washers have saved my neck on a number of vacations. (Think one too many spins on the Tea Cups after a hot fudge sundae.) All the two-bedroom villas also have two full bathrooms, most with an over-sized jacuzzi tub. Overall, You're together, but there's enough room for everyone to have a bit of privacy.
