We are a family of 5 - kids are ages 2, 4 and 6. Are there any hotel rooms that can accommodate our family size that are not suites? The suites add a tremendous amount of money to the cost.

    Hi Kimberly!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

I suggest looking into a cabin at Fort Wilderness or a room at Port Orleans Riverside. Both are wonderful places to stay and both are officially Disney Moderate Resorts. Some of the Disney Deluxe Resorts can hold 5 guests when young children are involved, but they can be more expensive than the Family Suites. You should also consider staying in to connecting standard rooms at a Disney Value Resort. That had always worked well for my family when we needed more room. Finally, some of the independent hotels in Downtown Disney have suites that can accommodate a family of 5.

I hope this helps. Please write back with more questions.
