My family is on a Keto diet and find that most snacks are sugary carbohydrates and are looking for alternatives could we ask for hard boiled eggs as a snack item?

    Hi Marie!

I've been looking into 'going Keto' myself for inflammation issues and I have great news. Disney stays on top of all kinds of food trends to appease all kinds of dietary needs. It may seem a bit daunting now, but with a bit of resEARch, you'll be able to navigate the parks like a pro when it's snack time. Don't forget to adjust your macros based on the increased calories you'll burn from all of the walking.

There are plenty of low carb, low sugar noms that count as Disney Dining Plan snack entitlements all over Walt Disney World Resort. Typically anything listed on a Quick-Service menu as an appetizer, snack or al la carte item priced between $1 and $7 will count as a snack entitlement. You can even ask to buy an individual item from any kids or combo meal that doesn't appear as it's own option, like a bag of mini carrots.

Each theme parks as a grab-and-go "fruit stand" that has things like whole fruit, mixed veggie cups with dip, pickles, and even bags of Mini Babybel Cheese wheels. These are Anaheim Produce, Harambe Fruit Cart, The Land Cart, and Liberty Square Market. Sunshine Seasons in Epcot is also a top healthy choice. Your Disney Resort Hotel's quick-service dining location also has some great 'go' options as well.

Don't overlook the six full-store Starbucks locations in Disney's four Theme Parks and at Disney Springs. Here your snack credits will count for any size specialty coffee beverage as well as most items from the cold case, like the snack boxes or fruit and cheese plates. I've even seen hard boiled eggs here.

    I hope this helped, Marie!
