Our family isgoing to use the meal plan and looking for a place where we can have a sit down dinner with Steak and only use one table service meal... any suggestions on a nice evening out for the family at any of the parks, we have the hopper plan.

    Hi Terry!

A nice, steak dinner with the family is a great way to end a fun day in the parks at Walt Disney World!

One of my family's #1 Favourite places to enjoy steak in an entertaining atmosphere while using only 1 Table Service credit on the Disney Dining Plan would be the 'Grilled New York Strip Steak' at the Coral Reef Restaurant at The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavillion at Epcot.

Here, while enjoying your steak dinner (amongst many other dining options) you'll view rays and other tropical ocean life swimming past the glass walls looking into giant aquariums. Often, your meal may coincide with one of the Dive Quest experiences going on in the tanks and even the divers themselves become entertaining!

Since my husband is known to enjoy a steak dinner while vacationing at WDW, there are a few others that have stood out as being particularly tasty.

His ultimate favourite "steak" indulgence is 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort. Succulent steak is served to your tableside from a skewer, roasted over an open fire, Polynesian style.

The 'Charred Strip Steak' at Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano at Disney's Hollywood Studios and the 'Steak Frites'  at Wolfgang Puck Cafe at Downtown Disney West Side are also excellent entrees in a casual, family atmosphere.

There are many more options available to you on top of these few I've highlighted. Most menus are available online to view through the Dining & Reservations page on the Walt Disney World website to help you with your decision making.

Wishing you a Magical time on your Walt Disney World vacation!
