Hi, my family and I (group of 10) will celebrate my daughter´s birthday at Disney World (staying in disney hotel) in October. It is possible to arrange a small birthday party for her in the hotel or in any of the resorts? Thank you

Hi Paula! Walt Disney World is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. The day will certainly be full of magic and pixie dust!

If you are unable to have a small party in your resort room due to the number of people, the best suggestion is to book a reservation at one of the many great Disney Restaurants on property. You can all gather together at a favorite dining place and celebrate with a great meal and finished off with a custom cake. You can check out all the different options on how to Customize your celebration including the different cakes you can order.

Be sure and check out the special room decorations that you can order through the Disney Floral and Gifts department. They can decorate a resort room while you are away and leave many special surprises. They can customize it to your wishes.

Disney does not allow groups to hold personal meetings or parties in common areas of the resorts and property. You can certainly understand how crowded places would be if many guests took over common space. That is why having a celebration at a restaurant is a great choice. If you have a large budget you can rent out space but that often includes very high minimums for food and drink.

Hope this helps to give you some ideas about how to plan a celebration. I am sure it will be a memorable birthday for your princess.
