    Our family was gifted passes from my employer to use until the end of the year. Are there blackout dates?

    Thanks for sending your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Happy to help a fellow Floridian! Unfortunately we are not able to verify if your tickets have blackout dates here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You can however call Guest Services at (407) 939-7523 and speak with a Cast Member about your tickets. Be sure to have your tickets on hand when you call as they may ask you for the ticket number to verify in their system. Hope this helps!
