Hi Thomas,
Thanks for posting your question about making
FastPass+ reservations to my personal queue. I'd be happy to help you. I've been in the same position as you several times. I frequently make plans for large parties visiting the theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort. Some of the people I make FastPass+ reservations for are "managed by me" and others are not. As long as each person appears on your
Family & Friends List and has valid theme park admission associated with him or her on
My Disney Experience, you should be able to make FastPass+ reservations for all of them. It has worked for me on more than one occasion.
If a person is listed as having an "invitation pending," reach out to them and ask them to respond to your request. If they don't, you should still be able to include them in your FastPass+ reservations but they will not be able to see your shared plans.
I know how much pressure is on the person designated to get all the FastPass+ reservations for a group traveling to Walt Disney World Resort. You don't want to be the person responsible for your family and friends missing Avatar Flight of Passage or Slinky Dog Dash. Right? Therefore, I suggest you do a trial run before your 60 or 30 (depending on whether or not you are a Guest at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel) day window opens. Pick a random day earlier than your arrival date and practice making a FastPass+ reservation for the group. If you can add everyone to a reservation for that earlier date, you should be fine when the real date arrives. If, however, you have any problems during your trial run, call the helpful Cast Members at (407) 560-2428. Then you'll be ready when the big day arrives.
Sending pixie dust and best wishes,
Jill
