    Hello Sue!

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m so excited you will be visiting Walt Disney World! Disney's Wilderness Lodge is one of my family’s favorites. We love the rustic charm they have to offer!

Upon your arrival at the parks you will want to head to Guest Relations and talk to a cast member about a service called the Disability Access Service Card. Explain to them the specific needs and they will help determine which services will help improve your experience. My youngest has cognitive disabilities and this service has made our visits so much less stressful for everyone in our group. I love how Disney takes note of even the smallest details to help make our trips magical!

This card can be used throughout your visit, so you only have to visit Guest Relations on your first day. The Disability Access Service Card will also work in addition to the Fastpass+ service, meaning you can utilize both.

I hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions as you plan your visit!

    See you real soon!
