My family of four is coming to Disney for 10 days. My husband has to leave after 5 days. Me and my girls were going to get a 5 day pass, but since my husband is leaving he only needs a 2 - 3 day pass. I read somewhere that isn't allowed. Do you know?

    Hi Amy!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Everybody on the same reservation needs to have the same number of days on a ticket.  However, you can just make a "room only" reservation and just buy your tickets separately once you get to Walt Disney World.

That said, if you want to get a Disney Dining Plan, then you have to have a "package" reservation, meaning room and tickets.  In that case, the best thing to do would be for everybody to get a 2 to 3 day pass to match your husband's.  Then before the last day on the Magic Your Way ticket is used, those who want more park days can simply upgrade their tickets.  There's no penalty in doing that.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
