Hi, this will be my family and I first trip to WDW. I currently have reservations for Cinderellas Royal Table but wanted to know if there is a similar Character dining experience for less $$.

    Hi Ja'von!

Thanks for bringing this question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm a mom of three daughters, so I'm happy to help with your princess planning!

Dining at Cinderella's Royal Table is a magical experience. However, if you'd like to dine with Disney Princesses but spend a little less money, I would recommend Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot. The dining experience at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is a favorite of my three princesses!

When you arrive at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, a Disney PhotoPass photographer will be on hand to take your family's picture with one of the Disney Princesses (usually Belle) before you are seated at your table. The Disney Princesses make their way around the restaurant, visiting each table along the way. In addition, there will be a "Princess Parade" at some point during your dining experience, and the kids will be invited to join the processional through the restaurant. Be sure to bring your camera!

The food at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall is delicious! Your meal starts with a "Taste of Norway" appetizer buffet, which features Scandinavian seafood, cheeses, sliced meats, fruit and salads. For your main course, you will order off of the menu, which features Norwegian-inspired options. It's truly a royal feast!

I hope this helps with your planning, Ja'von. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

    Wishing you many magical memories!
