My family has a Fastpass to Seven Dwarfs Mine Train from 2-3 p.m. (The only time we could get them) We also have a lunch reservation at 1:30 p.m. Is 7DMT okay to ride after eating lunch? I don't want any upset stomaches.

    Heigh Ho, Heigh Ho, Constance!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I'm excited to hear you've secured a coveted FastPass+ reservation for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. It's a super-popular family-friendly attraction, and those FastPass+ are some of the first to get booked when they become available!

No need to worry - Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is quite a smooth, easy ride. While considered a "thrill ride", it's a very mild ride without large drops, sharp turns, and the like. For example, two years ago, my 75-year-old mother rode it with me and she loved it (and she hates roller coasters!). I think most guests would be fine to ride this attraction after a meal, but I'm not familiar with the guests in your party like you are - you'll have to use your best judgement!

You didn't mention where your family will be dining, but hopefully it's somewhere in Magic Kingdom Park, so it will be easy to get to the attraction as soon as you finish your meal. Moms Panel Tip: when arriving for an Advance Dining Reservation, you won't always be seated immediately upon checking in at the hostess stand. I usually try to arrive about ten minutes before my listed reservation time just to let them know we're there and ready to eat!

I hope this helps answer your question, and that you enjoy your meal...and your ride!
    Have a magical day! - Diane W.
