My family is going to enter the parks with a cast member. Because we do not have physical theme park tickets, does it mean we cannot utilize fast pass ahead of time or not at all? How can we take advantage of the system?

    HI Fei,

Thank you so much for stopping by the Moms Panel to ask your question. We're honored to help you with your vacation planning.

If you are able to enter the Walt Disney World theme parks with the help of a Cast Member, you won't have an official ticket linked to your My Disney Experience account. In order to participate in MyMagic+ and FastPass+ selections, you will need to have a ticket connected to your account.

While you may not be able to fully utilize FastPass+ selections, there are a few ways you can still enjoy the popular attractions within the parks:

    - Visit the most popular attractions as soon as you enter the park. The standby queues grow longer as the say goes by, so the earlier you can visit a must-ride attraction, like Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, the less time you will have to wait to start your adventure.

    - Bypass the parades. Guests love to take a pause in their magical day to attend and interact with the daily parades within the theme parks. If you are willing to miss out on that fun, hit up the popular attractions during this time. Your standby time will be substantially lower.

    - Be a night owl. The later you stay in the parks, the better your chances of having a shorter time in the standby queue. You may even be able to ride some of the most popular attractions 2 or 3 times!

I hope these suggestions help you, Fei. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
