My family will be driving to Disney World and staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort. We have an 8:30 breakfast reservation at O'Hana one morning. Could we drive to the Polynesian and park our car until that evening? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Lori,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Because parking is limited at the Polynesian Village, especially now during construction to expand the resort, you will not be able to leave your car there all day. There's usually a two- or three-hour limit on parking there for guests who have dining reservations.

Here's what I would do: Drive to the Magic Kingdom parking and either walk or take the tram to the Transportation and Ticket Center, just as you would if you were on your way to Magic Kingdom. You can board the resort monorail at the TTC and get off at the first stop, which is the Polynesian. However, I would probably walk. There's a brick path from the far left of the TTC right into the Polynesian Village. The walk to the Great Ceremonial Hall, where 'Ohana is located, will take you just a few minutes and will probably be faster than the monorail.

Be sure to give yourself at least an hour from the time you depart the Caribbean Beach resort to arrival at 'Ohana. I would probably allow a little more, just so you don't feel rushed.

I hope that helps. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Your Walt Disney World vacation will be here before you know it. Enjoy!
