Hello! My family will be at DL next week and it is a priority to see Elsa and Anna. Are the "Frozen Character Experience Return Time" passes handed out during the Extra Magic Hours, or only when the park is open to the general public?

    Hi Emily,

Thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your "royal pursuit" to see the sisters from Arendelle is almost here!

Our hearts are melting over Frozen too. I completely understand how important it is to meet Anna and Elsa. Recently, Disneyland Park began a new Frozen Character Experience Return Time for Guests. The wait for Anna and Elsa had been so long that Disneyland Park introduced a new method to decrease wait times with a 20 minute window to return. I do suggest you arrive early to receive one of these Frozen Character Experience Return Time because, like Disney's FASTPASS Service, these will run out after a certain amount have been distributed for the day. I recommend heading straight to Fantasyland to the Frozen Royal Reception. We were just at the Disneyland Resort a couple weeks ago and decided to utilize our Extra Magic Hour at Disneyland Park to help us meet Anna and Elsa. There was still a line during Extra Magic Hour but it does move quickly and we were able to obtain a Return Time for the sisters.

I like to check the disneyparksblog.com for all news regarding all Disney Parks, you will find "warm hugs" and magical updates.

I hope this helps. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your next magical vacation.

    Sending you pixie dust!
