My family is going to disney world in november and my 5 years old daughter absolutely loves horses. i see there is a place to do horseback riding, but is there a minimum age for it? most vacations we've been on does have an age to the rides.

Hi Crystal, Yes, unfortunately the horseback riding at Fort Wilderness Campground does have a minimum age requirement of 9 years old and a minimum height of 48 inches. If she is under 48 inches she can take a pony ride (for an extra charge) at the petting zoo also located at Fort Wilderness by Pioneer Hall. They also have horsedrawn carriage rides that leave from Pioneer Hall that last approximately 45 minutes that she may enjoy. Have a magical trip! Best wishes, Brigitta
