    Wennifer from FL Asked

My family and I have 3 day FL Resident tickets that we bought in April. We used our first day in June. We are coming down to Disney this month and was wondering if we can add a 4th day to the tickets in person? We are coming back down in Nov. as well.

    Hi Wennifer,

It's great to be a Florida resident and take advantage of the special offers at Walt Disney World for those of us who live in the state.

The tickets you purchased allow you to visit a theme park on three days. The tickets expire six months from the date of first use or on December 17, 2017, whichever comes first. As long as your tickets have not expired (and yours haven't since you used them first in June), you can visit a Guest Relations location at the theme parks or Disney Springs and upgrade them to a higher level, either a four-day ticket or an annual pass. In my experience, you simply pay the difference between the two tickets.

As a long-time Florida resident passholder, I can't help but suggest that you consider upgrading to an annual pass if this three-day pass has whetted your appetite for more Walt Disney World. If you want to spend five or more days a year in the parks, a pass may be a great option for you.

An annual pass entitles you to free parking and discounts on resort stays, dining, shopping and special events. Plus, you can always hop from park-to-park with a pass. We buy the Silver Pass (formerly the Seasonal Pass) which has block out dates during peak times in the summer and at Christmas and Easter. That works perfectly for our family.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Enjoy your remaining Disney visits this year!
