My family is coming to WDW in early January and I was wondering if you are able to order something to go from any of the restaurants if you are not dining there. There was a desert that I thought I would love to try but am not dining at Le Cellier. Thanks

    Hi Wesley,

The table service restaurants at Walt Disney World generally do not do take out.

I've had a few situations where a restaurant did wrap up a meal for a child who had unexpectedly fallen asleep during our planned dining time, but they typically won't wrap a meal unless at least some portion of the party is actually dining in the restaurant.

What you're asking is slightly different though - you don't want a whole meal, just a quick dessert. While something like this is certainly not the norm, it wouldn't hurt to ask.

I'd go to the restaurant podium and ask super nicely if you can get a dessert to go. If they're not too busy, it just might work. You may encounter a kind cast member who's willing to help you out.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!
