My family is coming to WDW and cant deceide if we should stay at PORS one of my fav hotels or get 2 connected rooms at All Star Music. We have two boys 7 and 3 and a daughter that is 14. What do you think would be better?

Hi Scott, Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

I can see why you are having a tough time making a decision. Port Orleans Riverside is definitely a nicer Resort, with Boatwright's Dining Hall (a table service option) and a slide in the swimming pool. However, you would have more space in 2 connecting rooms at a Value Resort. For me, it would come down to two things things. First, how much time do you plan on spending in your Resort room? We use it only to sleep at night, otherwise we are out enjoying the Parks (so space isn't a big concern). Most importantly, though, will your 14 year old daughter share a double bed with either one of your boys? She's likely too big for the trundle bed, but one of your sons could easily sleep in it. For me, if she will share the bed, then I'd go with the Riverside. Convince her that having a slide at the pool is worth a few kicks in the night from her brother. ;)

Hope this helps and that you have a magical vacation,
