My family are coming to Disney World for the first time, staying at Port Orleans for 2weeks My kids are;14, 12 and  6. What are your tips and recommendations that'll keep everyone happy. We would like time to relax & visit other attraction

    Hello Josie,
You've already made a great decision by opting to stay at one of the beautiful Disney's Port Orleans Resorts of Riverside or French Quarter.
Both Resorts have wonderful facilities with fantastically themed pools and restaurants; be sure not to miss out on a fun marshmallow roast at a Campfire followed by Movies under the Stars
My top tip for your family would be to sit down and work out a rough plan of what everyone wants to experience during your Walt Disney World Resort holiday; add these ideas to a wish list on My Disney Experience and where possible at 60 days in advance of your arrival these wishes can be made into FastPass+ selections.
It's also fun to choose Dining Locations as a family; Advanced Dining Reservations can be made at least 180 days in advance via My Disney Experience or by speaking with a Cast Member on 0800 16 90 748.
For a splashtastic day with something for all the family (even time to relax!) try out either of Disney's Water Parks; Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort holiday please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
