    Hillary from NJ Asked

Hi my family and I are coming to Disney world before a Disney cruise on the dream in April over Passover. I know Disney has held Easter mass services in the past, will there be any Passover Seder at any of the resorts available?

Hey, howdy, hey, Hillary and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Will you please take me with you on this "practically perfect and every way" land and sea adventure at Walt Disney World theme parks then on the Disney Dream? You will have a wonderful Pesach with Mickey and the gang.

I happen to know a few tips and tricks for keeping kosher, observing the Sabbath, and how to enjoy Passover at Walt Disney World Resort. The direct answer to your question is that there is no Disney sponsored Passover Seder. There are private Passover events near the theme parks that will allow Guests to enjoy a Pesach Seder. In particular, in the Bonnet Creek Area is a marvelous seder offered at the Waldorf Astoria Orlando which is within Walt Disney World Resort and a preferred partner hotel. I suggest calling the Waldorf Astoria Orlando at (407) 597-5500 and inquiring about the Grand Gateways Passover Seder then contact Grand Gateways directly. Please remember to make your FastPass+ selections for your Walt Disney World theme park adventures and be sure to see the 2019 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival during your visit.

Disney Dad Tip: There are several Kosher for Passover food offerings at Walt Disney World theme park restaurants. Please contact Specialty Dietary Requests with Disney Dining at 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463) or email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com to request Kosher for Passover meals at your desired dining locations.

Hillary, enjoy making many delicious and Magical Memories for Pesach 5779.
